At Happy tale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will:

  • Send a replacement or
  • Issue a full refund

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used products
  • Opened or hygiene-related items (for pet safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
